Private journaling and reflection assistant

I use Phi-4 Mini on my laptop as a judgment-free journaling and reflection partner - working through personal stuff, drafting hard conversations, even analyzing song lyrics. It's small enough to run comfortably on a laptop CPU/iGPU with no fan noise, and because it's fully offline there's zero telemetry and nothing ever gets logged on someone else's server. This is one of the most common 'why local' answers in the community: some things you just don't want in a company's training or moderation pipeline.
